The Challenge
On the 22nd of September 2022 my younger brother passed away after a long battle with poor health. He spoke often about conducting adventures in Scotland if he was of good health.
To that end Carl D and I will attempt the first Caledonian Adventure Triathlon:
Paddle from Fort William, on the West Coast of Scotland, to Fort Augustus at the start of Loch Ness. This will take 2 days and cover 52km.
Cycle from Fort Augustus around Loch Ness via Inverness on the East Coast. This will take 2+ days and will cover 120km both on and off road.
Climb Ben Nevis which will take 1 day and climb over 1300m for a distance of 17km.
All of this will be conduced fully self supported with wild camping
