Charity is an essential feature of Freemasonry, and it is one of the biggest providers of support for a wide range of causes, international, national and local. you can see some of the recent support for charities locally by visiting our News pages .

The Province is currently undertaking a five-year fundraising Festival, which reaches its climax in 2020. We aim to raise at least £300,000 for the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF). The MCF is the main national organisation for Masonic charity in England and Wales. You can find out more about its work on its website.

The members of the Province of Herefordshire also support a wide range of local charities. These can be county-wide, through the Herefordshire Masonic Charitable Association, and in additional individual Lodges support their own choices of local charities. Local charities supported include The Midlands Air Ambulance, Riding for the Disabled, Breast Cancer Haven, Blackmarston School and many more.
